The success of the 2026 Ontario Heritage Conference demonstrates the power of volunteerism in preserving and celebrating history. Volunteers were essential to bringing heritage stories to life and their contributions extend beyond hours worked into how history is shared and remembered.


We encourage everyone interested in Ontario’s heritage to get in touch with any of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) organizations and consider volunteering for future events. Your time and passion can make a real difference in keeping our history alive for generations to come.
